1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries, and our estimates are as follows:

  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-30 business days
  • Central & South America: 15-30 business days
  • Asia: 10-20 business days
  • Africa: 15-45 business days

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to reach out to us.

3. Who is responsible for customs fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
