RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order until it is shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the following guarantees:

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order.
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing).
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged.
  • Full refund if you do not want the product you have received (item must be unused and returned at your expense).

Refunds Exclusions: Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, wars, conflicts, or any other similar event beyond our reasonable control).
